Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking licensed barbers to join our network across multiple states. Your chair, your income—top earners with 30+ hours can reach $45–$88+ per hour plus tips, with up to 75% commission and an 8-level career ladder.

Qualifications

• Valid barber or cosmetologist license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in cuts, fades, color and client consultations.

Responsibilities

• Perform barbering services and maintain client satisfaction.
• Provide professional haircuts, fades and styling.
• Engage customers and grow repeat business through service and retail upsell.
