Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking licensed barbers to join our team. Your chair, your income: top earners working 30+ hours with loyal guests can earn $45 to $88+ per hour plus tips, with $100K+ per year within reach.

We offer up to 75% commission, an 8-level career ladder, and 12 price levels to grow as demand for you expands. Your pay is based on performance, commissions from services, retail, and tips.

Qualifications

• A valid barber or cosmetologist license (state-specific)
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility = peak earning potential
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and consultation
• Bonus points if you’ve got a book and we’ll help you grow it and your commission from day one

Responsibilities

• Provide cuts, fades, and color services to clients.
• Upsell retail products to boost commissions.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming chair and schedule for walk-in guests
