Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking licensed barbers to join our busy salon network in the United States. Your chair, your income—top earners working 30+ hours with loyal guests report $45 to $88+ per hour (plus tips) and the potential to reach $100K+ per year.

We offer up to 75% commission, an 8-level career ladder, and 12 price levels to grow your business. You bring the cuts, color, and consultation skills; we provide the station, marketing, and ongoing education to boost your earnings.

Qualifications

• A valid barber or cosmetologist license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility to maximize earnings.
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and consultation.
• Experience with building a client book is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide barbering services to clients in a busy shop.
• Consult with clients to determine desired style.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety guidelines.
