Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is hiring licensed barbers to join our high-traffic salons. Your chair, your income: top earners working 30+ hours with loyal guests can reach $45 to $88+ per hour (plus tips), with $100K+ per year within reach.

We offer up to 75% commission, an 8-level career ladder, 12 price levels, and a host of benefits designed to grow your earnings. Walk-ins welcome, strong marketing, and ongoing education help you succeed from day one.

Qualifications

• A valid barber or cosmetologist license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility = peak earning potential.
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and consultation.
• Bonus points if you’ve got a book! We’ll help you grow it AND your commission from day one.

Responsibilities

• Provide barbering services including cuts, fades and color.
• Consult with clients to determine desired style and process.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and comply with safety standards.
• Promote retail products and services to boost earnings.
• Capitalize on high traffic locations and marketing to keep the chair busy.
