You bring the license; we provide the location, clients, and premium technology to help you grow. This role emphasizes commissions (up to 75%), a clear career ladder, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• A valid barber or cosmetologist license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility = peak earning potential.
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and consultation.
• Bonus points if you have a client book and will grow commission.

Responsibilities

• Cut hair for walk-in clients and appointments.
• Provide consultations and color services as needed.
• Engage in retail selling to boost earnings.
