Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking licensed barbers to join our high-energy salons. Your pay is performance-based, with top earners reaching $45–$88+ per hour plus tips and potential $100K+ annually. Up to 75% commission, plus an 8-level career ladder and price levels to grow your business.

We provide the chair, the location, and the premium tools to help you maximize earnings from day one. Walk-in clients are common, with strong marketing and brand support to keep your chair busy.

Qualifications

• A valid barber or cosmetologist license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility = peak earning potential.
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and consultation.
• Bonus points if you’ve got a book! We’ll help you grow it AND your commission from day one.

Responsibilities

• Provide barbering services to walk-in clients and appointments.
• Consult with clients to determine desired styles and results.
• Maintain a clean, safe station and comply with workplace standards.
