Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking licensed barbers to join our network of salons across the United States. You bring skilled cuts, fades, color and a talent for client consultation; we bring the chair, high guest flow, and a profit-sharing model designed to reward performance.

Earn between $45 and $88+ per hour plus tips, with 75% commission potential, an 8-level career ladder, and multiple price levels to boost earnings as your book grows.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid barber or cosmetologist license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).
• Flexible to night/weekend/holiday shifts for peak earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Perform cuts, fades, color, and client consultations.
• Build a loyal client book and upsell services and retail.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Provide excellent customer service to walk-ins and regulars.
