Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking licensed barbers to join our busy shops. Your chair, your income: top earners can reach $88+ per hour with tips, plus up to 75% commission and a clear 8-level career ladder.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid barber or cosmetologist license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Ability to work night, weekend and holidays to maximize earnings.
• Proficient in cuts, fades, color and client consultation.
• Bonus points for an established book of clients and willingness to grow it.

Responsibilities

• Provide barbering services to walk-in clients and scheduled appointments.
• Deliver high-quality cuts, fades, color and grooming consulting.
• Upsell services and retail to boost earnings and tips.
