Responsibilities

• Provides clinical direction and administration of policies, procedures and programs.
• Assists in establishing operational strategies to meet system goals.
• Advises leadership and reviews projects for accuracy and readiness.
• Develops and maintains departmental SOPs and reviews changes.
• Acts as primary contact for interdepartmental communications and progress measurement.
• Collaborates with senior leadership to plan short- and long-term goals.
