Job summary

Third Space Therapy offers a remote telehealth role focused on Medicaid members. You’ll deliver clinical care with the support of our administrative team, enabling you to focus on therapy and outcomes.

You will work with licensed supervisors and have flexible hours, maintaining HIPAA-compliant home office setups and private practice autonomy from anywhere.

Qualifications

• Arizona LAC license in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Counseling required.
• Malpractice coverage: $1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate.
• Comfort with EHR and digital tools.
• A quiet, HIPAA‑compliant home office with reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy to Medicaid members.
• Set own hours and manage your availability.
• Maintain confidential session notes in the EHR and complete documentation.
• Participate in supervision with an independently licensed supervisor.

Third Space Therapy combines the independence of private practice with the support of a group setting, focused on expanding Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare.

We're looking for passionate Associate Therapists to provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population. We handle the administrative side — billing, insurance, credentialing — so you can focus on care.

What you'll bring

• A valid LAC license in good standing in the state of Arizona

• A Master’s degree in Counseling with at least 6 months of hands‑on therapy or assessment experience

• Your own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate)

• Comfort with EHR systems and other digital tools

• A quiet, HIPAA‑compliant home office, plus your own computer and reliable internet, for confidential virtual sessions

• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and additional languages are a plus
