Third Space Therapy is seeking Associate Therapists to provide telehealth therapy to Medicaid members from a remote setting. The practice handles billing, insurance, and credentialing, allowing clinicians to focus on patient care.

You should have a valid AZ LAC license, a Master’s degree in Counseling, and malpractice coverage. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus. Remote work offers flexibility and access to a robust referral network.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid LAC license in good standing in Arizona.
• Master’s degree in Counseling.
• Malpractice coverage of $1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate is required.
• Comfort with EHR systems and other digital tools.
• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office with reliable internet for confidential virtual sessions.
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide telehealth therapy to Medicaid members.
• Craft personalized treatment plans with clients.
• Document care in the EHR and maintain HIPAA compliance.
