Job summary

Third Space Therapy is seeking licensed clinicians to provide Medicaid-focused telehealth therapy in Maryland. You work independently under your own license, with full clinical autonomy and flexible hours, while we handle billing, credentialing, and admin tasks.

We offer a remote practice model, a robust referral network, and per-session pay. Ideal candidates hold an LCPC in Maryland, a Master's in Counseling, and have experience with Medicaid and EHRs.

Qualifications

• A valid LCPC license in good standing in Maryland.
• Master's degree in Counseling with at least 2 years of hands-on therapy or assessment experience.
• Your own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate).
• Experience with EHR systems and other digital tools.
• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office with reliable internet for confidential virtual sessions.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and additional languages are a plus.

Third Space Therapy combines the independence of private practice with the support of a group setting, focused on expanding Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare.

We're looking for passionate independently Licensed Therapists to provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population. We handle the administrative side — billing, insurance, credentialing — so you can focus on care.
