Ideal candidates are licensed cosmetologists or barbers with leadership experience, who can work evenings and weekends, and are passionate about service and team development. This role combines hands-on haircuts with team leadership and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active NORTH CAROLINA Cosmetology or BarberLicense.
• Experience as a hair stylist or barber (men’s cutting preferred).
• Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred (but not required).
• Passion for customer service and team development.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support salon leadership with daily operations and team coordination.
