You will mentor team members, ensure exceptional client service, help recruit and onboard staff, and work with the Salon Manager to meet revenue goals while keeping a positive, welcoming culture. Qualifications

• Valid state cosmetology or barber license.

As an Assistant Salon Manager, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations and development of team members (hair stylists) and of our salon as well as assist in creating a positive and welcoming environment for both our clients and our hair stylists team members.
