Job summary

Sport Clips Haircuts is seeking a Store Leader (Salon Manager) in the Kannapolis/Concord area to lead a high-performing men’s and boys’ salon. You will coach a team of stylists, manage daily operations, schedule, inventory, and POS to deliver a legendary client experience.

Active North Carolina cosmetology or barber license is required, with management experience preferred. Flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and strong earning potential are highlighted in this opportunity.

Sport Clips Haircuts in Kannapolis (near Target and Buffalo Wild Wings within the Afton Ridge Shopping Center) is hiring a Store Leader (Salon Manager) to lead a high-performing men's and boys' hair salon. This role is ideal for a licensed cosmetologist or barber who enjoys coaching teams, managing salon operations, and delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

Join the largest hair salon team in the Charlotte region - Team Bailey operates 14 Sport Clips locations across Charlotte, Matthews, Wesley Chapel, Indian Trail, Gastonia, Belmont, Concord, Kannapolis, and Harrisburg.

Managers typically earn $35-$40+ per hour, including hourly pay, tips, and performance commission.
