Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Cosmetology or Barber license is required.
• Experience as a hair stylist or barber, with men’s cutting preferred.
• Previous salon leadership or team lead experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop stylists to deliver a consistent MVP client experience.
• Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and salon standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Active NORTH CAROLINA Cosmetology or BarberLicense
• Experience as a hair stylist or barber (men’s cutting preferred)
• Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred (but not required)

• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
