LensCrafters is seeking a Licensed Assistant Manager in Cincinnati, OH to lead daily store operations, drive sales and optimize patient care. You will partner with the store manager to recruit, train and coach a team, ensure compliance and deliver a high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities include managing KPIs, staff development, store visuals, and coordination with the optical lab and doctors to maximize results while maintaining standards.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Current & valid state Opticianry license.
• 1+ year(s) management/supervisory experience with direct reports.
• Knowledge of retail operations, processes & policies.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Familiarity with cash register, computers & calculators.
• Strong command of English for written and oral communication.
• Demonstrated high level of selling skills.
• Proven ability to problem solve.

Responsabilités

• Delivers quality and improvement to meet or exceed KPIs including sales, conversion, customer count, and retention goals.
• Supports the store manager in diagnosing the business and leverages Retail/Lab/Doctor synergies.
• Assists in staffing, training, coaching, and providing timely feedback to team members.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintains store appearance and visual standards; builds relationships with doctors.
