Job summary

Wellness Ridge Homeowners in Clermont, FL is seeking a full-time Licensed Assistant Community Association Manager (Assistant CAM) to support the Community Association Manager and oversee HOA operations within a hospitality-focused property organization as part of Troon.

You will assist with resident relations, vendor management, events, maintenance planning, and ensuring compliance with community rules, with Canva used for calendars and communications.

Qualifications

• CAM License required or in process of obtaining.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Must obtain any required local and state licenses or certifications.
• Previous experience in association operations required.
• Strong communication and writing abilities; computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Assist CAM to oversee HOA operations and member relations.
• Direct and motivate department heads and staff daily.
• Coordinate vendor activities and evaluate performance.
• Plan and coordinate community events and activities.
• Plan maintenance and projects with TROON procedures and practices.
• Provide general assistance to CAM to ensure smooth operation.
