Job summary

TS3 Architects PC in Virginia Beach, VA seeks a licensed Architect Level I to own production work from schematic to construction administration. You will independently produce complete, coordinated construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit, and write specifications under CSI MasterFormat, with direct responsibility for project delivery.

Qualifications

• Licensed architect or completion of all AXP hours with 1–2 ARE divisions remaining.
• Three to five years of professional experience in a licensed architectural practice producing complete, coordinated construction document sets.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and have working Revit/BIM capability; Bluebeam as standard CA tool.
• Able to apply building codes independently (IBC, ADA, ANSI A117.1, life safety).
• Coordinate with engineering consultants and manage permitting processes.

Responsibilities

• Independently prepare and lead construction document sets for projects of moderate size and complexity.
• Coordinate with engineering consultants and lead construction administration activities including RFI responses and submittal review.
• Attend client meetings as a technical contributor and represent TS3 with professionalism and competence.
• Work with Senior Architects and Principal in a small firm to maintain high standards and ownership of work.
