The role requires a professional license and 7+ years of experience, with proficiency in Revit, Rhino, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an NAAB accredited Architecture program.
Minimum of 7+ years of architectural design experience.
Professional Architect License.
Advanced proficiency with BIM software such as Revit, Rhino, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Advanced knowledge of BIM applications across various project types.
LEED AP accreditation preferred.
Experience in education, transportation and community architecture LEED AP accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

Apply advanced technical design aspects of major projects with design solutions meeting client needs.
Prepare architectural drawings and construction documentation per standards, codes, and scope.
Utilize BIM software to develop drawings, models, and visualizations.
Review specifications to align with documents and regulatory standards.
Write reports and specifications for project delivery.
Conduct code research and apply findings to design decisions and coordination.
Develop client presentations and meetings.
Lead project meetings and communicate decisions and follow-ups.
