Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an NAAB-accredited Architecture program.
• 6+ years of related architecture experience.
• Proficient with CAD/graphic software such as Revit, Rhino, Enscape, Adobe CC, AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of codes, sustainability, Building Information Modeling.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced architectural concepts to develop quality design solutions.
• Prepare drawings and construction documents per standards, codes, and sustainability requirements.
• Develop models and visualizations to support deliverables with limited guidance.
• Coordinate architectural specifications with construction documents.
• Conduct code research to inform design decisions and documentation.
• Support client presentations and meeting documentation; participate in reviews.
