Top Echelon Software LLC is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to support licensed sleepwear, loungewear, and intimate apparel projects in New York.

You will create graphics with Illustrator, develop tech packs, and collaborate with design, merchandising, and overseas manufacturing partners to bring products from concept to production. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience across the complete apparel design and development lifecycle, with a competitive benefits package.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Illustration, or related discipline.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; Photoshop is a plus.
• Strong visual design, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Interest in licensed merchandise and apparel product development.
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Effective communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Willingness to learn garment construction and manufacturing.
• Experience preparing tech packs or working with manufacturers is beneficial.
• Packaging design experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Artwork & Graphic Development: Design graphics, prints, and patterns for licensed apparel, reflecting licensing requirements and brand standards.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain apparel tech packs with artwork placement, color variations, measurements, and materials.
• Product Design & Development: Partner with design and merchandising teams to move products from concepts to production.
• Sample Evaluation: Inspect samples for graphic accuracy, color matching, artwork positioning, and design compliance.
• Team & Vendor Coordination: Work with merchandising, production, and overseas manufacturers to ensure conformance.
• File & Specification Management: Keep artwork files, tech packs, specs, and notes organized.
• Packaging Support: Assist in creating packaging graphics and related technical documentation.
