Clear Concepts, Inc. in New York, NY is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to support licensed sleepwear, loungewear, and intimate apparel. You will contribute to artwork concepts, tech packs, and production-ready files while learning garment specs and manufacturing processes.

The ideal candidate has strong Adobe Illustrator skills, a creative eye, and an interest in expanding knowledge of apparel specifications, technical documentation, and manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Illustration, or related discipline.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator required; familiarity with Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
• Strong visual design abilities, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Interest in licensed merchandise and apparel product development.

Responsabilités

• Artwork & Graphic Development: Design original graphics, prints, patterns for licensed apparel.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare & maintain tech packs detailing artwork placement, color variations, measurements, materials, and construction requirements.
• Product Design & Development: Partner with design and merchandising teams to move products from concepts through final production.
• Sample Evaluation: Inspect samples for graphic accuracy, color matching, artwork positioning, and compliance with specs.
• Team & Vendor Coordination: Work with merchandising, production, and overseas manufacturing partners.
• File & Specification Management: Keep artwork files, tech packs, product specs, and notes organized and up to date.
• Packaging Support: Assist in creating packaging graphics and related technical docs.
