Alarm New England is hiring a Licensed Alarm Installer/Technician to install and service security systems on Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket Island. The role requires MA licensure and a clean driving record, with on-site responsibilities and ongoing training.

You will install burglar, fire, networked video, and access control systems, service and troubleshoot, and train customers while maintaining inventory and learning the latest technologies. A company vehicle and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

Currently Licensed Alarm Installer (Massachusetts)
Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
Strong communication skills for effective client interaction

Responsibilities

Install Burglar Alarm Systems, Fire Systems, Networked Video Systems and Access Control Systems to code.
Service and troubleshoot systems as needed.
Teach and train customers.
Deliver a positive customer experience.
Maintain accurate truck inventory and know all parts, numbers and descriptions.
Learn to be an expert in the technologies we sell.
Be on-call rotation once training is complete.
Attend and complete company training programs as required.
Perform work assignments safely and in accordance with safety standards.
Perform other duties as assigned, including educating customers about products and recommending solutions.
Understand EOS Operating Principles and apply them to your job
