SSSH3 Inc Watertown, Connecticut, United States is seeking a Licensed Alarm Installer/Technician to install and service alarm systems and other security solutions. The role requires CT or MA license and a clean driving record, with on-site responsibilities and ongoing training.

You will work on Burglar Alarm, Fire, Networked Video, and Access Control systems, ensuring customer satisfaction and safe, compliant installations while growing your technical skills and knowledge of our products.

Qualifications

• Licensed Alarm Installer in CT or MA.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills for effective client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Install Burglar Alarm Systems, Fire Systems, Networked Video Systems and Access Control Systems to code.
• Service and troubleshoot systems as needed.
• Teach and train customers.
• Deliver a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate truck inventory and know parts and descriptions.
• Learn to be an expert in the technologies we sell.
• Be on-call rotation once training is complete.
• Attend and complete company training programs as required.
• Perform work safely and adhere to safety standards.
• Acquire knowledge of products to educate customers and recommend solutions as needed.
• Follow EOS Operating Principles in daily work.

Alarm New England is currently looking for a Connecticut or Massachusetts Licensed Alarm Installer/Technician to install and service alarm systems.
