Alarm New England, a leading security integrator, is seeking a Licensed Alarm Installer/Technician to install and service alarm systems south of Boston. You will work on Burglar, Fire, Networked Video, and Access Control systems, learning the latest smart technologies and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements include Massachusetts licensing, a valid MA driver’s license, and strong communication for client interactions.

Qualifications

Licensed Alarm Installer license required for Massachusetts.
Valid MA driver’s license with clean driving record.
Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.

Responsibilities

Install burglar alarm systems, fire systems, networked video systems and access control systems to code.
Service and troubleshoot systems as needed.
Teach and train customers.
Deliver a positive customer experience.
Maintain accurate truck inventory and knowledge of parts and descriptions.
Learn to be an expert in the technologies we sell.
Be on-call rotation once training is complete.
Attend and complete company training programs as required.
Perform work assignments safely, adhering to standards.
Perform other duties as assigned; learn products to educate customers and propose solutions.
