Job summary

SSSH3 Inc in Boston is hiring a Licensed Alarm Technician for various locations across New England. This role installs Burglar Alarm Systems, Fire Systems, Networked Video Systems and Access Control, and requires licenses CT/MA/RI.

You will service and troubleshoot systems, train customers, and maintain inventory while delivering a positive customer experience. On-call rotation and company-paid training are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Licensed alarm installer with CT/MA/RI license or able to obtain
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Install Burglar Alarm Systems, Fire Systems, Networked Video Systems and Access Control Systems to code.
• Service and troubleshoot systems as needed.
• Teach and train customers.
• Deliver a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate truck inventory and knowledge of parts numbers and descriptions.
• Learn to be an expert in the technologies we sell.
• Be on-call rotation after training.
• Attend and complete company training programs as required.
• Perform work safely following all safety standards.
• Acquire knowledge of products to educate customers and recommend solutions as needed.
• Follow EOS Operating Principles in daily work.

What you’ll do:

• Install Burglar Alarm Systems, Fire Systems, Networked Video Systems and Access Control Systems to code.
• Service and troubleshoot systems as needed.

• Learn to be an expert in the technologies we sell.
• Be on-call rotation once training is complete.
• Attend and complete company training programs as required.
• Perform work assignments in a safe manner, adhering to all safety standards
• Perform other assigned duties as may be required from time to time, such as acquiring knowledge of our products to educate our customers regarding their systems and be capable of recommending solutions to customers' problems as needed.
• Understand our EOS Operating Principles and make them the guidelines for how you do your job.
