This is a great seasonal opportunity to join our growing sales and support team at Mainstay. As a licensed real estate agent, you'll wear multiple hats—combining elements of customer service, consultative sales, operations, and problem-solving. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for both listing and buyer’s agents and institutional real estate partners such as REITs, private equity firms, and family offices.
You’ll represent our institutional partners in transactions while building long-term relationships with them to help drive repeat business. If you enjoy empowering others, solving problems, and delivering standout experiences, this role is for you.
In this role, you will:
Build strong relationships with partners and agents, ensuring a best-in-class experience
Support home purchases and listings by managing the transaction from end to end
Represent Mainstay Brokerage by offering expert guidance and negotiating on behalf of our partners
Maintain organized communications with buyers, sellers, title/escrow partners, and inspectors
Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and properly stored
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve internal processes and tools
Expand your licensing footprint in new states as business needs evolve
Experience in residential real estate and/or iBuying
1+ year of real estate experience or 6+ months in a high-volume transaction environment
Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM), G-Suite, Slack, and general tech tools
Strong organizational, negotiation, and multitasking skills
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
Mainstay’s compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The pay range for this position in most locations is $51,600-$68,344 annually. In the SF Bay Area of California, Seattle, and New York City Metro area the base salary range is $64,500-$75,900. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Remote roles are available in all U.S. states except Hawaii, Alaska, Montana, and U.S. Territories.
