NJM Insurance Group in Hammonton, NJ is seeking Licensed Account Representatives to join our contact center. You will consult with customers on NJM’s personal lines products, handle transactions, and answer policy and billing questions.

Company-paid training and professional state licensure are provided. This role offers a base salary with incentive bonuses, a hybrid work schedule after training, and comprehensive benefits.

Position Overview

We are seeking Licensed Account Representatives for our contact center. As a Representative, you will consult with customers on NJM’s personal lines products, manage transactions, and answer policy and billing questions. You will receive company‑paid training and professional state licensure.

• Provide coverage options best suited to individual needs and administer transactions when necessary.
• Demonstrate effective time management to achieve performance goals and targets.
• Provide procedurally accurate, independent responses to all new and existing business inquiries related to personal lines insurance.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer and navigation skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word.
• Accurate keyboarding skills.
• Superior listening skills.
• Strong multi‑tasking ability.
• Prior customer service or contact center experience.
• Quiet, distraction‑free work area at home.
• High School Diploma or GED required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is desired.
• Bilingual skills are valued, but not required.
• Personal Lines Authority License is a plus.

Compensation

Base salary begins at $51,120.55 with potential growth based on experience and credentials. Eligible employees may earn up to 7.5% incentive bonus and a 5% shift differential.

Work Schedule

Day Shift Monday‑Friday (9:45AM – 6PM) and every Saturday (8:30AM – 4:45PM). One weekday and Sundays off.

Training & Licensing

Company paid training and professional state licensure are provided. Hybrid work schedule available after training completion.
