Job summary

Plymouth Rock Assurance is seeking a Customer Service Associate in New Jersey to deliver exceptional service to customers, agents, and partners. You will handle inbound calls, emails, and texts, and benefit from paid training and a fully sponsored insurance license.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, with shifts 8:00am–7:00pm on weekdays and 10:00am–3:00pm on select Saturdays. A NJ license will be sponsored.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree is a plus.
• Must obtain NJ Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License; training provided and license sponsorship.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and texts with accuracy.
• Ensure first contact resolution and high customer satisfaction.
• Build product knowledge across Auto, Home, and Umbrella policies.
• Develop relationships with agents and partners.
• Support licensing and training processes as part of onboarding.
