This role offers a hybrid schedule after training, a comprehensive benefits package, and a competitive starting rate with the opportunity for a bonus up to 7.5% of your first year’s base salary.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree desired.
• Prior customer service or contact center experience preferred.
• Quiet, distraction-free home workspace required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality customer experience via inbound calls and counsel on NJM products.
• Process transactions and provide coverage options to meet customer needs.
• Manage time effectively to meet performance goals.
• Respond accurately to personal lines insurance questions.
