NJM Insurance Group is seeking Licensed Account Representatives for our national contact center. You will deliver top-notch service to policyholders, assist with new policies and policy transactions, and answer questions on coverage and billing.

Paid training leads to licensure in personal lines insurance. We offer a hybrid work schedule after training, a competitive benefits package, and a potential annual bonus up to 7.5% of your first year’s base salary.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer/navigation skills including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word.
• Quiet, distraction-free work area at home.
• High School Diploma or GED is required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is desired.
• Personal Lines Authority License is a plus.
• Bilingual skills are valued, but not required.
• Prior customer service or contact center experience.
