Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis service delivery.

The role emphasizes clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence, with bilingual English/Spanish applicants encouraged. Responsibilities include overseeing program implementation, coordinating with regional teams, mentoring supervisees, and ensuring documentation compliance.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure per local requirements
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience involving oversight of behavior modification services
• Completion of WAC 246-805-210 with 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics
• Completion of a supervised experience requirement per WAC 246-805-230

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
