Qualifications

• Active state licensure is required for practice.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and one year of ABA experience.
• Completion of supervised experience under WAC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Mentor and support supervisees' professional development.
