Job summary

Abundant Life Family Services (ALFS) seeks an ABA Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) to oversee clinical services across home, clinic, school, and community settings. You will collaborate with BCBAs and leaders to ensure ethical, medically necessary ABA services.

The role requires a PA LBS license, a Master’s degree in a related field, and 2–3 years experience in ABA or behavioral health. Competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field.
• LBS license in good standing in Pennsylvania.
• 2–3 years in ABA or behavioral health settings.
• Experience with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Experience writing behavior plans and progress reports.
• Strong writing and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of IBHS and commercial insurance requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Contribute to comprehensive ABA treatment plans with clinical leadership.
• Analyze data and create graphs to monitor client progress.
• Ensure goals are measurable and medically necessary.
• Complete documentation per insurance and IBHS standards.
• Supervise ABA-PCA, BHT, and RBT staff; provide feedback.
