Are you a skilled and passionate Licensed Behavioral Specialist (LBS) seeking a rewarding career in ABA therapy? Look no further! Abundant Life Family Services (ALFS), a recognized industry leader in the Tri-State area, is expanding its team.

ALFS specializes in Early Intervention (EI), offering comprehensive developmental skills in various settings, including homes, clinics, childcare centers, and communities. The company is committed to inclusion, diversity, and culturally sensitive implementation.

Responsibilities
  • Implement clinical service delivery goals consistent with overall agency goals and policy/procedures.
  • Complete all required training for state and local licenses, certifications, clearances, and formal training.
  • Write and implement behavior management plans utilizing Applied Behavioral Analysis to teach kiddos independent functional skills.
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments to determine functions of behavior.
  • Provide training for parents/guardians on the ABA interventions used in the treatment plan so they may implement the skills across settings.
  • Create graphs based off of data to track progress of clients.
  • Provide supervision of ABA-PCA/BHT/RBT working with clients and their families.
Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communicator, able to interact well with children, work cooperatively as a therapy team member, and work well independently.
  • Experience writing assessments, data collection, and graphing.
  • Minimum of a master’s degree in applied behavior analysis or related field.
  • Valid licenses in Pennsylvania.
  • Proficiency in conducting FBA’s.
  • Must have or be ready to obtain a non-BCBA supervising certificate.
