The role involves implementing tailored ABA therapy and conducting assessments while working collaboratively with families and therapists. Applicants should possess a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, active BCBA certification, and Pennsylvania licensure. Qualifications

• Ability to collaborate within a therapy team while also working independently.
• Meets CEU requirements to provide RBT supervision.

Responsibilities

• Implement clinical service delivery goals consistent with agency policies.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans using ABA.
• Provide parent/caregiver training for interventions.
• Analyze data and create graphs to track client progress.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians.

Education

Professional Skills & Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Meets CEU requirements to provide RBT supervision

Job Responsibilities

• Complete all required training for state and local licenses, certifications, and clearances
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments to determine the function of behavior
• Provide parent/caregiver training so interventions can be implemented across settings
• Analyze data and create graphs to track client progress
• Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians working with clients and their families
