Applicants should possess a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, active BCBA certification, and Pennsylvania licensure. Qualifications

  • Ability to collaborate within a therapy team while also working independently.
  • Meets CEU requirements to provide RBT supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Implement clinical service delivery goals consistent with agency policies.
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans using ABA.
  • Provide parent/caregiver training for interventions.
  • Analyze data and create graphs to track client progress.
  • Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians.

Professional Skills & Qualifications
