Job summary

The Rosen Automotive Group in Illinois and Wisconsin is seeking dedicated and talented individuals to join our growing team as a Title Specialist. You will handle liens, title processing, and plate requests for vehicles sold within WI and IL, with an emphasis on accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Automotive experience preferred but will train right candidate.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally in one-on-one situations.
• Tekion experience, a plus.
• Dealertrack titling software, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive liens and car titles from various lienholders.
• Prepare title and transfer/new plate requests for vehicles purchased by customers within State of WI and State of IL time frame.
• Balance titling schedule on a weekly basis.
• Process all title corrections for WI and IL.
• Order/verify hard and temporary license plates.
• Balance various schedules throughout month.
• Assure compliance of policies with regards to files and office procedures.
• Attention to detail on every transaction which includes researching errors.
• Help with any other office tasks requested by manager and/or office staff.
