Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a License and Title Clerk at our Coconut Creek, FL location. You will handle administrative processing for license and title paperwork, ensuring vehicles are properly titled and registered for Enterprise/National/Alamo brands.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and meticulous attention to detail. The position offers a Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm schedule, with a starting pay of $16 per hour and benefits including PTO, health and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver license with no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol convictions in past 5 years.
• Minimum six months of prior work/organizational experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Intermediate working knowledge of Excel.
• GED or HS Diploma is required.
• Willing to work a 40 hour week Mon-Fri 8:00am–5:00pm.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• License and title background experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review Manufacturer Statement of Origin for accuracy and completion.
• Register each MSO with correct weight and class of plate.
• Verify and complete DMV transactions ensuring legal titling and registration.
• Update mainframe systems with license information.
• Manage plate, decal and registration document inventory.
• File and organize registration documents and invoices; handle daily FedEx mailing.
• Maintain data spreadsheets tracking MSO, registrations, invoices, and L&T info.
