Job summary

Enterprise Mobility, the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car brands, is seeking a License and Title Coordinator in the Pittsburgh area. You will handle administrative processing of license and title paperwork for initial registrations, renewals and related tasks to ensure vehicles are legally titled and registered for the company.

The role requires interaction with the DMV and field personnel, attention to detail, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Review the MSO (Manufacturer Statement of Origin) for accuracy and determine documentation needed by state to register the vehicle.
• Review and assess vehicle status to determine proper renewal procedure.
• Prepare, complete and send paperwork to DMVs and L&T services.
• Verify and complete title/renewal transactions within third party DMV systems linked to State DMV offices.
• Update mainframe (Odyssey/USG/EVMS/ATS/TMS system) with applicable license information.
• Assign and manage plate, decal and registration document inventory.
• Sign and notarize documents and complete affidavits.
• Organize and file legal registration documents and handle daily FedEx mailing of paperwork.
• Research missing MSOs and registrations and coordinate with state and/ or service on registrations and renewals.
