Job summary

Regency Pacific is seeking an LPN to join a care-focused team in Washington. You will be essential to quality resident care, handling medication assistance, nursing services, and supervising staff to support residents’ well-being.

You will train staff, assist the director of nursing, and maintain a home-like environment that respects dignity, privacy, independence and individual choices. New grads are welcome to apply and grow in this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing.
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, and a home-like environment for residents.
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations.
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans.
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per LPN scope of practice and state regulations.
