Job summary

The Lakes Home Care in Sarasota County, FL is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will work with pediatric and/or adult patients in their homes, delivering skilled nursing care in accordance with prescribed orders and using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray on file.
• Current BLS card.

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment
