Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a License and Registration Specialist to manage vehicle titling, registration, licensing, and permit compliance for the fleet nationwide. You will ensure accurate records and partner with the Fleet Programs Manager to standardize processes across the network.

The role emphasizes process efficiency, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with the fleet team, with compensation commensurate with education or experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; relevant professional experience accepted.
• Minimum 2–4 years in vehicle titling, registration, or DMV-related admin.
• Working knowledge of IRP, IFTA, and multi-state registration requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process new vehicle titling and registration across all states and jurisdictions of operation.
• Tracks and renews registrations, license plates, and permits ahead of expiration to prevent lapses.
• Processes IRP and IFTA filings and renewals, including apportioned plate registrations.
• Maintains compliance with state and federal vehicle licensing and registration regulations.
• Processes title transfers for vehicle purchases, branch transfers, and disposals.
• Partners with the Fleet Programs Manager to standardize and improve registration processes.

The License and Registration Specialist manages vehicle titling, registration, licensing, and permit compliance for Badger's fleet nationally, ensuring every vehicle is properly registered, renewed, and compliant with state and federal requirements. This role maintains accurate registration records and partners with the Fleet Programs Manager to standardize and continuously improve licensing and registration processes across the network.
