• Employees must complete annual FERPA, Safe@Weber, and Title IX training.

Responsibilities

• Providing general help and information to library users.
• Maintaining and organizing the collection; assist with stacks projects including inventory, shifting, and shelving.
• Instructing patrons of building navigation and assisting with secured room access.
• Assisting with special assignments as needed.
• Delivery/pickup services on campus.
• Responsible for periodic building safety and security checks and reporting problems to supervisors.
• Responsible for opening and closing duties/maintenance as applicable to schedule.
