The position participates in library workflows, assists with outreach, and helps advance research support and information literacy initiatives in a dynamic campus library environment.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled as a degree-seeking student with at least 6 credits in the current or upcoming semester.
• Must be in good academic standing with a GPA of 2.0 or higher.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Customer service experience and/or ability to work with the public.
• Ability to work evenings and/or weekends.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Canvas/WebCampus.

Responsibilities

• Staff the library service desk and provide advanced customer service to patrons.
• Process interlibrary loan materials and enforce library policies.
• Provide tier 1 technology support for campus systems and services.
• Collaborate to design and promote outreach and programming materials.
• Assist patrons with research needs and contribute to instructional materials.
