Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of education above high school or one year of specialized experience at the next lower grade.

Responsibilities

• Register patrons and process materials, including charges and discharges.
• Assist with interlibrary loans, shelving, displays, and basic reference questions.
• Maintain accountability records and perform shelf inventories; assist in cataloging tasks.
• Perform simple maintenance on library automation systems.
• Be physically capable of long periods of standing and lifting of heavy items.
