About the position:

This position will be assigned to the Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas. - Library. This position is guaranteed a minimum of 32 hours.

Qualifying Experience:

• Specialized experience in a library providing knowledge of library rules, policies, and procedures for circulation and technical service.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Experience or training demonstrating the ability to perform computer processing.
• Experience in a library providing general knowledge of standard library rules, policies, and procedures in technical services.
• Typing experience is required.
• Physical exertion such as long periods of standing, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, and reaching.
• Pushing loaded book trucks.
• Recurring lifting of moderately heavy items (up to 40 pounds).
• Ability to reach up to 72 inches with or without a step stool.
• Skill in applying standard customer service practices when dealing with the public.
