Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides service desk support by working regular shifts at service desks for key locations, providing circulation, reserves, and resource sharing services.
• Provides basic research information to walk-in patrons and troubleshoots issues with public printing, scanning, and reservations.
• Creates and updates patron accounts; clears holds on patron records; resolves account issues; assists with resource sharing workflows.
