Responsibilities

• Acts as person in charge in the absence of the User Services Desk Coordinator or Lead Student Supervisor.
• Provides service desk support by addressing library patron requests at the desk, by phone, and by email.
• Performs duties related to circulation, reserves, and resource sharing materials and assists with transactions.
• Trains and supervises student assistants and coordinates scheduling and workflow.
• Collaborates with library staff on outreach and general operations.
