Job summary

The University of Georgia Libraries seek an Assistant Director of User Services to lead a portfolio of services across Main and McBay Libraries, including borrowing & delivery, stacks maintenance, reference, and student staffing. The role partners with the Director to set goals, develop policy, and support system management for Alma and related tools.

Minimum salary is $75,000–$85,000 with benefits; faculty status and relocation support are noted.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance for borrowing and delivery, stacks maintenance, first level reference, student employment training and management, and resource sharing.
• Supervise course reserves and oversee associated copyright guidance and management of library materials.
